Our clients span startups, enterprises, and global institutions. We’re looking for an Associate SEO Specialist who can own the technical and analytical side of search, from optimizing websites for rankings to building reporting frameworks that uncover insights. This person will ensure that websites we manage including Become, Frontrunner, and partner universities consistently climb search visibility and attract the right audiences.

What You’ll Do

1. Website Optimization & Technical SEO

  • Conduct comprehensive site audits (crawlability, indexation, page speed, schema, sitemaps).
  • Optimize on-page elements (titles, H1s, meta descriptions, alt text, internal linking).
  • Implement structured data/markup (FAQ, How-To, Product, Organization, Video, LocalBusiness).
  • Collaborate with dev/design teams to fix technical issues and ship improvements.

2. Keyword & Content Strategy

  • Conduct keyword research for short-tail, long-tail, and topical clusters.
  • Create keyword maps aligned to user intent and funnel stages.
  • Partner with content strategists/writers to guide SEO-friendly content creation.
  • Ensure content aligns with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and entity-based search.

3. Analytics, Insights & Reporting

  • Set up and manage dashboards in Google Analytics 4, GSC, and Looker Studio.
  • Track and report KPIs (rankings, impressions, CTR, conversions, assisted revenue).
  • Translate data into actionable insights for both clients and internal teams.
  • Run competitor benchmarking and share recommendations regularly.

4. Local & Multi-Site SEO

  • Optimize and maintain Google Business Profiles across brands.
  • Develop strategies for winning local 3-pack rankings.
  • Manage SEO for multi-site, multi-university, and multi-brand contexts.

5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with brand/content teams to embed SEO from the start.
  • Collaborate with developers on site migrations, new builds, and CRO experiments.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and bring new frameworks/tools into play.
  • Identify automation opportunities to scale SEO work across multiple clients.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house).
  • Proficiency with tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, Looker Studio.
  • Strong technical SEO foundation (site structure, schema, Core Web Vitals).
  • Experience in building entity maps, topical cluster strategies, and content briefs.
  • Ability to prioritize fixes, manage multiple sites, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable presenting insights.
  • Exposure to AEO (featured snippets, answer boxes, AI overviews).
  • Familiarity with multi-language/multi-region SEO.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JS for SEO troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of CRO and growth experiments.
