We will respond to you within 10 working days of your application.
Once you submit your application, we will go through your work and responses. If you're shortlisted, you'll be notified and we'll send across an assignment to process the application. Depending on your performance in the assignment, we'll schedule 2 rounds of interviews with you. Round 1 will be regarding your role, round 2 will be with the HR.
Till the time it is advisable to work from office, yes, the roles are completely remote and you can work from anywhere.
We have a daily standup call called the 'Daily Cadence' at 10am in the morning. That's usually when our day begins. You're free to plan your dependencies and work as you like with your team members. But in general, you are expected to be available in the time between 9AM to 6PM, because that is usually when meetings are scheduled. You'll be working from Monday to Friday, but you're free to work as you like, given dependencies and deadlines are met.
