Harish founded and leads Become®, a positioning-first brand consultancy he built from the ground up into a 30-person practice recognized as the Best Brand Design Studio for 3 consecutive years. Over a decade, he has directed brand strategy engagements for 270+ organizations including Intel, PepsiCo, Uber, CMG, and NASDAQ across enterprise technology, consumer goods, and venture-backed companies. He has built Become on a single belief that brand disconnected from positioning is decoration, and decoration disconnected from business outcomes is waste.
His engagements span the full arc of competitive repositioning, startups moving upmarket to enterprise buyers, legacy brands resetting after relevance loss, and regional companies entering global markets. He has advised founders across 13 ventures that have collectively raised $77M, shaping the investor narratives that made the difference at the table. Landmark strategy work includes Dubai Expo 2020, featured among CNN's Top 7 Pavilions, and a Guinness World Record event with Intel.
Beyond client work, Harish has built a teaching record across 10+ institutions including SDI Bocconi, OP Jindal University haping how the next generation of brand practitioners understand the relationship between positioning and business outcomes.
